Teacher Appreciation Gifts!

(Click Photos to Enlarge)

I made these cute little sour cream containers
for Teacher Appreciation Day.
I've seen these on various blogs and websites.
Most recently I saw them on one of my favorite blogs, Chic n' Scratch.

They are super simple to make. Hope you give it a try!

Supplies Used:

Stamp Sets: Tart and Tangy, Hand Drawn Bundle (Current Hostess),
A Little Birdie Told Me, and Think Happy Thoughts.

Card Stock:
Real Red, Pumpkin Pie, Brilliant Blue, Bashful Blue,
Baja Breeze, Basic Black.

Retired Summer Picnic DSP

Real Red, Pumpkin Pie, Kiwi Kiss, Bashful Blue, Basic Black.

1 1/4, 1 3/8 Circle Punches. Scallop Circle Punch. Certainly Celery Ribbon. Pumpkin Pie, Bashful Blue, Baja Breeze Striped Grosgrain Ribbon. Paper Crimper. Sticky Strip. Crop-A-Dial.

Sour Cream Container Tutorial

DSP measures 4 1/4 x 5 1/2

Flip the DSP over and line one long edge and one short edge with Sticky Strip.

Peel Sticky Strip and roll into a tube.

With seam in the center, close the end with Sticky Strip.

Fill with a treat of your choice.
I fit 6 or 7 Jolly Racher candies in each.

Crimp the edges to give it a finished look.

I used the Crop-A-Dial to punch two holes on the end with NO Sticky Strip.

Then embellish with ribbon and accessories of your choice!

Owl Together Now!

(Click Photo To Enlarge)

This is one of my favorite sets! I find it very difficult to make
masculine cards. This was my latest attempt! Not sure if it's
very masculine, but I do like it! Hope you do too!
Thanks for stopping by!

Supplies used:

Stamps: Owl Together Now
Cardstock: Kraft, Kiwi Kiss, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, So Saffron.
DSP: Parisian Breeze Specialty
Inks: Black StazOn, Close To Cocoa, Kiwi Kiss, Chocolate Chip,
So Saffron, Baja Breeze, Pumpkin Pie.
Techniques: Blender Pens

Think Spring!

To make this little basket, I cut four Scallop Envelopes with the Big Shot
and put them together. This was not my bright idea, but something I saw
on The paper is the DSP from the recent
Sale-A-Bration mini catalog, and so is the Certainly Celery ribbon
used for the handle. I still have Sale-A-Bration rewards!!
Contact me to see how you can get yours!

People often think they can only use their supplies for cards....
I used some SU ribbon to dress up these homemade lolly pops!
Don't they look darling?!

The finished treat baskets turned out great!
The kiddos really enjoyed them!
Thanks for looking!
